At Medusa's Makeup, we want you to be obsessed with your beauty haul; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and in lightly used or unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
